She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting. Her passion for immigration drew her to pursue a Diploma in Immigration Consulting at Academy of Learning.
Biography
As the Operations Manager, she ably manages operations for firm. She works with several departments like finance, marketing, handling inquiries, scheduling, and database management, to keep things running smoothly—she also develops policies and procedures by gathering feedback. Alice additionally provides support during training workshops and presentations.
On a more personal level, she’s a good team player who interacts easily with peers and also thrives working independently. She has efficient verbal as well as written communication skills, able to compile reports, and present information to senior management.
