Under this program, provinces or territories can nominate skilled worker candidates for admission to Canada with the specific skills required by their local economies. Potential skilled workers are selected based on work experience, skills, and education. The selection criteria varies from one province or territory to the other.

Under PNP, there are two streams with which one can immigrate to Canada, that is:

Express Entry (Online)

To be eligible for the PNPs Express Entry stream, one should:

  • have a complete Express Entry profile and meet the minimum requirement for eligibility to the pool.
  • have a complete Express Entry profile and meet the minimum requirement for eligibility to the pool.
  • be nominated under that particular stream

Paper-based process
To apply, you should be:

  • nominated under this stream.
  • meet the minimum requirements for eligibility to this stream.
