Express Entry (EE) is an online system used by the Canadian government in the selection and application process for various Economic Immigration Programs. It allows people to submit a profile electronically and be considered as potential skilled foreign workers. Candidates with the highest rankings are invited to apply for permanent residency. With the exception of Quebec, provinces and territories can also recruit candidates from Express Entry through their Provincial Nominee Programs to meet local labor market needs.
