Full Representation

This option is most suitable for clients who would like to be fully represented in their applications.These are often more complex and fees will vary. Before agreeing to be retained, we will provide an estimate of the costs.

Our policy is to charge a flat rate fee for the immigration cases we decide to take on. We will complete your application and submit it on your behalf. We will guide you through the whole immigration process and communicate with CIC. We will also ensure that you have legal status in Canada until the permanent residency is granted for no additional fee. Should you be invited for a selection interview, we will fully prepare you for this interview.

The above totals do not include provincial and federal government processing fees, courier charges, translations or notarization of documents; medical examinations; police clearance checks. All fees will be detailed in the Retainer Agreement signed between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Client.

Application Review

This option is most suitable for clients who want to complete all their paperwork by themselves and make sure that their application package is complete and free of any errors that could cause the application to fail. We will go through your application, review all your supporting documents to make sure that your application is ready to be submitted.

Note: If you choose this option, we will not submit the application on your behalf and act as your representative. If you wish us to submit the application on your behalf, please see the Full Representation option.

Google meet / Zoom Consultation

This is an option that is suitable for clients who prefer online consultations

The Google meet / zoom consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer fee in case you decide to hire us as your representative to submit your application on your behalf, and so your Google meet / zoom consultation is free.

In-person consultation

In-person consultation

This option is most suitable for clients who need to have their specific questions answered and prefer face-to-face interaction. The in-person consultation takes place at our office.

The in-person consultation cost is $250 CAD per hour

The in-person consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer fee in case you decide to hire us as your representative to submit your temporary resident/permanent resident application on your behalf, and so your in-person consultation is free.

Retainer Agreement

Upon deciding on taking on our services, a retainer agreement will be signed. We require a retainer amount equal to half the professional fees being charged. Once the application is completed and ready for submission, the client is billed for the full amount (consulting fees, application fees, taxes and disbursements) less the original retainer amount. Documents are submitted as soon as invoices are paid.

Cancellation policy:

To our esteemed clients, at Nabafu Immigration, we understand that time is valuable. Circumstances may occur unexpectedly that could require rescheduling your appointment. However due to the high volume of clients we service it is important that appointments remain on schedule.

For your awareness and convenience, below is our Cancellation/Missed appointment policy. We appreciate your cooperation to maintain efficient and high-quality services.

  • To ensure that appointments remain on schedule, if the client is late to the scheduled appointment time, we will use whatever time left in your appointment slot. Extended time will not be given for arriving late.
  • If you have booked an appointment and wish to cancel or change your scheduled time, we understand that things happen. However, if you book an appointment and then have to reschedule or cancel the appointments this will be subjected to a $ 60 administrative fee.
  • If an appointment is scheduled and the client fails to show up without any correspondence, you will forfeit the entire appointment fee. Missed appointments are an inconvenience to us and also to other clients who are in need of our services, therefore integrity must be maintained in scheduling.

  • 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) will be added to payments made from Canada.
